Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Prynic Academy courses and training programs offered by Prynic Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

1. Course Fees

Course fees are payable as stated at the time of enrollment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees for software development or consulting projects are covered under separate project agreements.

2. Cancellation by Student

If you cancel at least 7 days before the course start date, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund after deducting any non-refundable processing charges. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date may not qualify for a refund.

3. After Course Start

Once classes have begun, course fees are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases (medical emergency or similar), we may offer a credit toward a future batch at our discretion.

4. Cancellation by Prynic

If we cancel or postpone a course, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another batch of equal value.
